The inaugural SFDI Conference was held in September 2024 in Kansas City with 50 directors chosen. Directors gained access to expert advice, research-backed methodologies and a wealth of resources to transform and grow their programs in their local communities.

The conference will feature keynote presentations, interactive workshops, panel discussions and created a sense of community among fair directors.
